Gold Coast based artist Rachael Nunney has been playing with paint all of her life.
She describes herself as a creative, having dabbled in just about every possible art form and craft imaginable. In her art practice, she enjoys the process of discovery, having worked with a variety of mediums and differing styles.
More recently she has enjoyed experimenting with colourful larger scale abstracts, allowing her to hone her 'clever and innate' sense of colour and composition.
Staying curious and maintaining a sense of wonder is what she believes helps translate playfulness onto the canvas.
